Both venues have been fully refurbished to create two of the best restaurants/cafes in Peterborough; they are cosy, dog friendly, relaxing and flexible.
Raj has always worked in a catering environment; before moving into the Peterborough food scene he ran a variety of amazing venues and a park in London.
Raj said “We started our own business in March 2013 at Ferry Meadows Café. It was the scariest yet most exciting time of our career and we have also managed to add Lakeside Kitchen & Bar, Ferry Meadows to our profile. We are very proud to be working with the Nene Park Trust in such a special venue.”
“In Lakeside Kitchen and Bar and Ferry Meadows Café, we wanted to create perfect destinations for people to come and take in the amazing views whilst enjoying the lovely service and great food. We source all of our food and drinks from Peterborough food growers, so nearly every penny spent with us stays in the local community.”
“We provide the best quality food cooked fresh every day. We use Grasmere meat and Hambleton Bakery supply all of our yummy bread and rolls. We also source local potatoes, Peterborough Dairy, Cambridgeshire Water and Watergull Apple Juice.”
“The current Covid-19 climate has meant that we have had to work hard to implement some changes to provide a safe experience for our customers and are adhering to Government guidelines. We would like to express how your continued support is crucial to our restaurant/cafes and we thank you for your support.”
Earlier in 2020 Raj & Neera also added Delamere Forest Café to their portfolio. This popular venue is set in the heart of Delamere Forest, a shady oasis in the midst of the agricultural landscape of the Cheshire Plain.
Delamere, south-west of Manchester, is a place to let off steam, escape the crowds and find peace in the heart of the forest.
“Pop over and see us at one of our venues and make yourself at home – and be sure to try our homemade cake!”
